You can apply it 3-4 times a day or only as necessary. Some people apply it just as they need it or you may apply it before an activity that may cause you pain or before going to sleep if you have pain at night.

What is Menthol?

Menthol is used to treat minor aches and pains of the muscles/joints (such as arthritis, backache, sprains). Menthol works by causing the skin to feel cool and then warm.

What is Camphor?

Camphor is FDA-approved skin treatment for pain from bug bites, cold sores, and mild burns. It may help with itching.

There’s some evidence that a cream containing camphor as well as two other ingredients may help with osteoarthritis symptoms.

What is Yerba Buena?

It is also known as Spearmint and is an herb. The leaves and oil are used to make medicine.

    I’m writing to let you know what I think about your pain cream. IT IS AWESOME!

    My sister, Sharla E., who lives in Corpus Christi, came to visit me here in Las Vegas, Nevada and left me her bottle of Pain Cream to try.

    I have been going to a Pain Management Group here for 15+ years, having steroid injections, nerve burns and Oxycodone for pain. I have Stage 3/4 kidney disease and for whatever reason (not explained), my pain medication was cut drastically to 5mg every 8-12 hrs. The NP was not comfortable prescribing increase in pain meds and did not consider more steroid injections. One reason being she did not want me to become addicted, haha. I should state here that I am 83 yrs old and could care less about addiction. I am unable to do anything or go anywhere in my condition but would have liked some relief. Needless to say I know longer go into their office. I have been using CBD/THC (legal here in NV) but don’t like the feeling..but, I digress, I am using your Pain Cream, and I get more relief than I did taking Oxycodone. I will continue using this and will also give a bottle to my son who after having carpal tunnel surgery has severe neuropathy to the point he can hardly use his hands without severe pain.

    I ordered this cream for a friend of mine who has back pain and has to get injections–he was in a lot of pain waiting for his appointment–he used the cream and said it really helped a lot to relieve the pain. As it turned out I needed it as somehow I woke up with a very stiff neck and shoulder which felt like there were knots in both places and couldn’t turn my head. I used the cream for two days and I was able to turn my neck and the heat penetrating these muscles felt so good and healing. I will be ordering another bottle to keep on hand for these emergencies! I didn’t have to take any pain pills that I had from when I strained my back before. It’s a miracle!

    My mother lives in SA and she shipped me my first bottle earlier this year (- I am now on bottle 3). She has several friends who go to the institute and are always raving about the help they’ve received there. Compared to over the counter pain creams, I was pretty skeptical how a $20 bottle would be worth it, but I have not found a product that I like better. I have a combination of nerve, muscle pain, and headaches and this product works good for all three symptoms. For my specific case, the 4% menthol seems to be the perfect dose–any higher and it’s aggravating for my nerve pain. I also like the fact that it doesn’t have lidocane because I don’t want to feel numb, especially on my face when using for headaches. I just want the pain to ease up.     I’m writing to let you know what I think about your pain cream. IT IS AWESOME!

    My sister, Sharla E., who lives in Corpus Christi, came to visit me here in Las Vegas, Nevada and left me her bottle of Pain Cream to try.

    I have been going to a Pain Management Group here for 15+ years, having steroid injections, nerve burns and Oxycodone for pain. I have Stage 3/4 kidney disease and for whatever reason (not explained), my pain medication was cut drastically to 5mg every 8-12 hrs. The NP was not comfortable prescribing increase in pain meds and did not consider more steroid injections. One reason being she did not want me to become addicted, haha. I should state here that I am 83 yrs old and could care less about addiction. I am unable to do anything or go anywhere in my condition but would have liked some relief.     I ordered this cream for a friend of mine who has back pain and has to get injections–he was in a lot of pain waiting for his appointment–he used the cream and said it really helped a lot to relieve the pain. As it turned out I needed it as somehow I woke up with a very stiff neck and shoulder which felt like there were knots in both places and couldn’t turn my head.
