What is Menthol?
Menthol is used to alleviate minor aches and pains of the muscles/joints (such as arthritis, backache, sprains). Menthol works by causing the skin to feel cool and then warm.
What is Camphor?
Camphor is applied to the skin to help the pain of bug bites, cold sores, and mild burns. It may help with itching.
There’s some evidence that a cream containing camphor as well as two other ingredients may help with osteoarthritis symptoms.
What is Yerba Buena?
It is also known as Spearmint and is an herb. The leaves and oil are used to make medicine.
Spearmint is applied directly to the skin for arthritis, local muscle and nerve pain.
What is Arnica?
Arnica is an herb that is often used on the skin for bruises, aches, and pains.
